Job Description

As a member of Saint Francis HealthCare partners, Salud Primary Care in West Hartford is a contemporary primary care practice that strives to achieve optimal health, through the principles of evidence-based medicine in conjunction with an integrative holistic approach.

Our staff uses a state-of-the-art electronic health management system bringing innovative health technology directly to our patients. As a part of our team, you will provide primary patient care for an assigned adult patient caseload while practicing within the range of scope of practice.

You will function independently to perform age-appropriate histories and physicals for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients. You will order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests, relative to patients age-specific needs, and prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills, customer service orientation, critical thinking, effective clinical aptitudes as well as a proven ability to manage care independently.
