Kaiser Permanente is the largest integrated healthcare system in the country. We have an integrated electronic medical record and cross-specialty collaboration which enables us to develop and deliver individualized treatment programs that take into account every aspect of a patient's health care needs. Our medical group received national awards of excellence. We offer a competitive salary, exceptional benefits, retirement packages and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

In addition to this total compensation package, we've created a special incentive just for Psychiatry Physicians. Our $100,000 - 150,000 Forgivable Loan Program is just one of many incentives we offer in exchange for your dedication and expertise.

Located along the eastern shoreline of the San Francisco Bay between Oakland and Hayward, San Leandro is a charming smaller city that is often over-looked by its more glamorous neighbors: San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. Residents dont seem to mind though, and take great pride in their quiet neighborhoods, progressive public schools, revitalized downtown area, and booming small business economy. Coffee roasters, tea and chocolate purveyors, and high-tech start-ups are making once-staid San Leandro a bit of a sensation among Bay Area municipalities.
