Graham Medical Group is seeking a permanent Orthopedic Surgeon to work in partnership with Dr. Brett Barnhart in a mid-size community setting. This thriving orthopedic practice is growing steadily and there is a definite need to add another surgeon and to expand orthopedic services to surrounding communities. Applicants must be BE/BC in orthopedic surgery, passionate about your profession, dedi-cated to the well-being of your patients and willing to embrace life in a smaller community. Working collaboratively in a collegial multi-specialty group of 25+ active medical providers, the orthopedic sur-geon will serve patients of all ages and conditions. You will be supported by a strong medical staff and premier ancillary services in a financially sound healthcare system. Quality of care and service is of the utmost importance to Graham Medical Group.

Graham Medical Group Practice Highlights:
- Coleman Medical Associates, is a physician-owned group practice, affiliated with Graham Health System. This practice is a multi-specialty group located in a brand new, state of the art 68,000 sq. ft. clinic in Canton, Illinois. Graham has satellite facilities in Farmington, Lewistown & Cuba, Illinois. Lab and digital x-ray are available on site. Graham Medical Group is on a fully-integrated electronic medical record (EClinicalWorks). Prepare to be very busy. Annual office visits for Orthopedic surgeon are 3000+, while the Physician Assistant were has over 1500+. There are over 420 orthopedic surgeries per year.
- Competitive salary guarantee for 2 years at MGMA 50% with bonus override potential.
- Opportunity to become a shareholder after 1 year, pending approval by Coleman Medical Associates. $10,000 buy-in, $10,000 sellback. Under guarantee, 15 days of vacation, 10 CME days. Once a shareholder, 30 days of vacation.

- Malpractice insurance through ISMIE at Graham Health System expense
- 401K group plan, long-term disability, life insurance (maximum $100,000)
- Provider-based rural health designation with increased reimbursement on all Medicare and IDPA patients.

- Willingness to be part of a productive team
- 36 hours per week work schedule.
- Call 1:2. One physician assistant on staff. Requirements for participation in medical staff and quality councils.
- BC / BE
- Willing to travel to satellite clinics and provide clinic hours there.

- Canton population is 15,000. Location provides choice of city, small town, or rural setting.
- Close proximity to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis. Peoria Regional airport with daily flights to most major cities.
- Community is stable, with recently renovated downtown and new medical device manufacturing facility (one of the largest developments in central Illinois). Winter, water, and outdoor sports (hunting and fishing paradise) are our specialty.
