Family Medicine Opportunity - Spencer, WV

Excellent Family Practice Opportunity - Spencer, WVThis opportunity is primarily an outpatient role with minimal inpatient call/coverage. Four day work week in the outpatient Rural Health Clinic and 1:5 weekend call coverage (Hospitalist covers during the week). Physician is expected to see 20-22 patients in an 8am-5pm shift and 4-6 patients when on inpatient call coverage. Physician will work with 3 Family Practice Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.

The hospital itself is a 60 bed CriticalAccessHospital with 35 SNF/ICF beds and 25 acute care beds.
The facility is 40 years old, but every department or service line with the exception of surgery having received an update or complete renovation in the last 10 years.
