Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity, Albuquerque NM

Presbyterian Healthcare Services has an opening for a GI Nurse Practitioner. This position would work both in our inpatient and clinic settings. This is a large and busy group of practitioners including 6 other mid-level providers. The new provider would work primarily out of one office/hospital. While this is a combination inpatient/outpatient opportunity, we would welcome candidates interested in only one area.
GI experience is not required, but adult medicine and/or adult inpatient medicine with a good mix of experience is strongly preferred.

Albuquerque is a large city of approximately 700,000 residents. We enjoy temperate four seasons with 320 days of sunshine per year. We have an abundance of outdoor activity where you can literally ski in the am and golf in the pm. This is a multi-cultural area with a mix of heritage. University of New Mexico is also located here and has a medical school, as well as many residency and fellowship programs. UNM has many entertainment and cultural events throughout the year. Not to mention our International Balloon Fiesta, which is a spectacular event in Albuquerque.
We have an easy to access airport with plenty of direct and connecting flights throughout the US. Santa Fe is within an hours drive of Albuquerque. Its renowned for its art and entertainment, among many other things. Taos is about 2.5 hours from Albuquerque,
And again offers art, world class skiing and is just beautiful to see.
