Legacy Care is the largest on-site geriatric care provider in Virginia. We provide excellent on-site care to the residents of post-acute and long-term facilities. Our medical professionals are capable, competent, and consistent in adapting successfully to a rapidly changing healthcare environment by implementing new models of quality based medicine.
About the Community
Legacy Care provides concierge on-site medical care to facilities throughout the state of Virginia and has plans to expand along the east coast in 2017.
