Springstone develops and operates private behavioral healthcare hospitals in various states. We provide cutting-edge healthcare in newly built state-of-the-art facilities. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high quality treatment for psychiatric and addiction disorders using innovative, evidence-based approaches. Our levels of service include Inpatient, PHP and IOP for Adults, Seniors and Adolescents. Our hospitals range from 48-72 beds. We are always seeking psychiatric practitioners who enjoy working in a team-driven hospital setting. Our hospitals represent a new way to approach behavioral health treatment: Computer-based education and recovery programs which remain free to our patients after discharge Forward-thinking, energetic team members recruited for skills in compassion and clinical integrity Accountability through measured outcomes Family involvement encouraged through education, meals, therapy and activities Newly constructed, contemporary facilities with on-unit nutrition stations Park-like campuss with outdoor pavilions and activity spaces Treatment with a fresh approach including recreational, music, art, pet, yoga, nutrition and movement therapies. Our opportunities will include: An average daily caseload of 8-15 patients depending on hospital role and agreed upon hours of direct patient care Night and weekend on-call on a rotational basis with expectation of only one weekend per month An opportunity for you to focus on one scope of practice if you choose, such as Addictions or Geriatrics or General Psychiatry Participation with a high energy multi-disciplinary treatment team An opportunity to provide service in PHP and IOP in addition to the Inpatient care Competitive comprehensive compensation package.
