Located on the Connecticut shore in New Haven, Yale-New Haven Hospital is a 1,510-bed tertiary care facility with 2 campuses in New Haven and Level I Trauma Center whose extensive, state-of-the-art facilities include Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital, Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital, Shoreline Medical Center in Guilford, CT, Smilow Center Hospital, and Yale-New Haven Heart Center.
