About the Organization
One Health Ohio, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is a rapidly growing multi-specialty practice with 5 sites in Mahoning, Trumbull and Stark counties. We are conveniently located in Northeast Ohio within 45 minutes of Cleveland & Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for providing community based healthcare combined with a commitment to achieving high quality & performance improvement issues. The potential candidate also will possess the ability to provide primary health care in an atmosphere of cultural sensitivity, dignity and respect. Our multi-disciplinary practice provides medical, OB-GYN, dental and behavioral health care for individuals of all ages. Providers have the advantage of no overhead cost or practice buy-in while working in a private practice like setting. We are a level 2 PCMH practice. Our organization also does SBIRT on every patient. We are supportive of research l opportunities. Our competitive benefit and wage package includes Federal Tort Liability, NSHC Loan repayment to qualified candidates, shared call schedule, sign on bonus,incentive plan, CME, PTO, paid holidays, matching 401K and more. About the Community
Our sites are located in Youngstown, Warren and Alliance Ohio. We conveniently located one hour from Pittsburg and Cleveland. Our family- friendly communities have much to offer you and your loved ones! Ohio and the surrounding border states have several exciting educational and historical sites that can be reached within a few short hours. Locally, there is Mill Creek Park that offers several classes in addition to being a great place to bike, jog or walk. Other venues include Packard, Stambaugh and the Covelli Center for cultural entertainment in addition to several museums and landmarks. There are plenty of exciting things for people of all ages.
