About the Organization
Our group, C&M Medical Services, is interested in finding physicians with training in Emergency Medicine, as well as primary care specialties. We pride ourselves in staffing hospitals with qualified and quality physicians, and offer a competitive salary to match. We also have positions available for 2nd year residents, and above. Once again, these residents should be in an Emergency Medicine residency program, or other primary care training program. C&M works closely with many residents; and realizes the pressures of being in a graduate medical program. Therefore, we offer several added benefits to our residents; that we don't offer to anyone else. ABOUT OUR GROUP Our group strives to provide full support for both our physicians and the hospitals we serve. When you become part of the C&M team you have the benefit of having a large, local support system at your disposal. We are a local, Louisiana based group that is dedicated to Emergency Medicine. Since 1988, C&M has grown from 12 to over 150 physicians. We support our physicians and work with them to achieve the highest level of quality care possible. We are involved in all aspects of emergency medicine, including residency training, educational seminars, life support courses and several state wide efforts to improve the delivery of emergency medical care throughout Louisiana. Several of our group have been past presidents of the Louisiana Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians and are currently on the LaACEP board of directors. Several of our members are also members of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
