Colonial Family Practice (CFP) has offices in South Carolina located in Sumter, Manning,and Columbia, that work to develop, and maintain a long-term relationship with you and your family. Our family physicians and staff value you as a person, and strive to address your specific health issues to Improve Your Quality of Life. We also know that sometimes patients become unexpectedly ill and need to see a physician without an appointment. That is why our motto is "We Will See You Today!"
At CFP we emphasize disease prevention first. This means that we encourage individuals to have routine checkups, health risk assessments, immunizations, vaccinations, screening tests and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These simple steps not only keep you healthy and out of the doctors office, but they also decrease your overall healthcare costs.
Even with preventative measures, many individuals will still need to see a family provider for illness, injury or disease. From managing acute and chronic illnesses, to providing relief from the common cold, Colonial Family Practice physicians are experienced in dealing with health issues that are just as diverse and unique as each of our patients.
