We are independent and growing Internal Medicine & Family Medicine Group focused on the delivery of medical services in the Acute, Sub-Acute and Primary Care settings in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. We partner with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Specialists and Primary Care Physicians to provide patients with quality medical services and continuity of care across the healthcare delivery spectrum.
