About the Community
We are a community health clinic operating in four different locations in Southern California. We are located in the Los Angeles County and Inland Empire. We serve a variety of patients include the underserved population. We have been in the community for over 45 years and are recognized as a key partner in the community with many awards and accolades for the services we provide. We are averaging approximately 25,000 patients per year. There are many wonderful neighborhoods around our locations that are family-friendly with award winning school districts. In Southern California, you will always find it convenient to snowboard in the morning and surf in the afternoon and a wide variety of fun activities close by.
