Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Samaritan Clinic, a rural health clinic located in the Columbia Basin of Central Washington, is seeking employed full time Physician Assistant-Certified and Nurse Practitioner for Family Medicine.

Recruitment incentives, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment available.
Two year salary guarantee, MGMA competitive. After the first two years, compensation is based on productivity. Additional incentive available for achieving specific quality goals.
Provider scheduled 4 clinic days/36 hours with 4 hours administrative time available the fifth day.
The practice is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
Typical patient volume is 20 to 25 patients per day.
New graduates welcome. Prefer 2 years current clinical experience as a NP or PA-C in full family care; such as Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Department.
Currently, there are 8 providers in Family Medicine (4 Physicians, 4 APCs).
Epic electronic medical record; in-house informatics support.

Qualifications: Current Washington State NP or PA License; or able to secure licensure. Certification. Successful completion of the organizations Medical Staff credentialing program.

Compensation/Benefits: Samaritan Healthcare leads the region with a competitive Salary and Benefits package, including a generous pension contribution and dependent care health insurance subsidy. Providers receive paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, licensure, etc.; up to $3,000 per year for CME; and up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, inclusive of vacation, sick time, and CME. Since Moses Lakes cost of living is so reasonable, your salary dollar goes a long way.
