Mercy Health Saint Mary's has an excellent employment opportunity for a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an innovative, comprehensive Palliative Care program located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This excellent full or part time (0.5 to 0.8 FTE) opportunity is open to recent graduates or experienced professionals who possess Palliative Care clinical or practice experience.

The Palliative Care team is a collaborative and supportive team environment that practices in a Hospital setting. The Advance Practice Provider is responsible for consulting with patients on goals of care, systems management and also serves as point person to patients and their family.

This opportunity does require a 1:4 weekend requirement with call through night when scheduled.

Minimum required qualifications for this opportunity include:
- Successful completion of a NP/PA program
- Masters Degree
- State of Michigan License
- Active and Current DEA
- NP/PA Certification
