Fairview Health Services is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join the multi-specialty practice at Fairview Clinics located in the Northwest Region of the Twin Cities, MN. Join a group of otolaryngologists interested in staying on the cutting edge of the field.

We are looking for an Otolaryngologist interested in a general community practice with special interest in middle ear surgery, complex tympanoplasty. Advanced ear surgery such as stapes surgery, complex vestibular disease, and endolymphatic sac surgery are referred to the University of Minnesota.

Practice Details:

Join a team of 4 otolaryngologists in the region seeing general adult and pediatric cases.
Clinic locations may include: Fairview Clinics in Princeton, Elk River, and Brooklyn Park.
Surgical cases performed at Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, Maple Grove Hospital and Maple Grove Ambulatory Surgical Center.
36 patient contact hours per week.
Full time (1.0 FTE). Ability for a 4 day clinical work week.
Call Frequency: 1:5
We use a primary nursing model where physicians work primarily with the same CMA/LPN.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care andsub specialtyphysicians.

Position Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Otolaryngology residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Otology fellowship training program is preferred, but not required.
