Note: Flexibility is required as you will be cross-credentialed to work at the Gnaden Huetten Campus as well.

Facility Information

Blue Mountain Hospital consists of the Palmerton campus and the Gnaden Huetten campus. The hospitals are regional providers of health care services to the residents of Carbon County and parts of Monroe, Lehigh, Northampton and Schuylkill counties. The Palmerton campus is a 60-bed community hospital located in Palmerton, PA. The Gnaden Huetten campus is a 99-bed community hospital located in Lehighton, PA.

The Local Physician Practice receives the support of a Regional Support Team under the leadership of a Regional Physician Chief Executive Officer. Each regional support team is made up of a diverse group of individuals experienced in a wide range of emergency medicine disciplines. Both the local physician team and regional support team have access to significant National Resources ranging from quality management, reimbursement and risk management to physician education and best practice programs.
