About the Addiction Medicine Physician position:

Part Time

Substance Abuse

Habit OPCO - Lawrence Comprehensive Treatment Center currently provides outpatient treatment for individuals struggling with opiate addiction. Our Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) program utilizes methadone and suboxone in the treatment of addiction. As an experienced and long established treatment provider, we deliver the highest quality care in the field. Our clinics are DEA regulated/licensed, Department of Public Health regulated/licensed and CARF accredited.

The Lawrence CTC is seeking to add an experienced physician to add to its dynamic team of treatment professionals. In this part-time, contracted position, the physician will be primarily responsible for providing support to our admissions process.

Through this support, you will be responsible for assessing individuals seeking treatment with us. Our thorough admission process involves our intake team meeting with individuals to conduct thorough assessments which then leads up to meeting with the physician. The physician then provides an assessment of all admission materials to then determine the appropriateness of care and initiate medication replacement therapy.
