NURSE PRACTITIONER/ PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT NEUROCRITICAL CARE OPPORTUNITY IN GREENVILLE, NC
Vidant Medical Group and Vidant Medical Center are seeking Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners to join its Neurocritical Care team. The successful candidate will perform admissions and discharges, histories, physical exams, ongoing patient assessments, daily rounding, and ICU procedures (arterial lines, central lines, and intubation). New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position available due to ICU expanding to 16 beds in Spring/Summer 2018
Multidisciplinary team including 8 Neurosurgeons, 11 Neurologists and a Neurointensivist
Supervising physician is experienced Neurointensivist
Excellent mentorship and orientation programs
Hospital privileges at Vidant Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center and
certified primary stroke center
Ability to perform ICU procedures
Inpatient only
No call
24/7 service will include some nights and some weekend shifts
Integrated EMR is EPIC
Relocation assistance provided
