Large or small, rural and urban, a teaching hospital or one that is part of a larger system, youll find opportunities both abundant and challenging. Dedicated to providing quality clinical care, achieving high customer satisfaction, and supporting the hospital medical staff, the local EmCare emergency physicians are an integral part of a hospitals medical team and actively participate in quality management, education, hospital committees and community service programs. The Local Physician Practice receives the support of a Regional Support Team under the leadership of a Regional Physician Chief Executive Officer. Each regional support team is made up of a diverse group of individuals experienced in a wide range of emergency medicine disciplines. Both the local physician team and regional support team have access to significant National Resources ranging from quality management, reimbursement and risk management to physician education and best practice programs. EmCare puts a high premium on the professional development of physicians. Our programs are developed and provided through the EmCare Leadership Institute and our wholly owned subsidiary, Emergency Medicine Education System (EMEDS).
