St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital (SJMOH) is part of Ascension Health, the largest Catholic, not for profit health care system in the United States. St. John Macomb Hospital and St. John Oakland Hospital merged in 2007, and today are St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital one hospital, two campuses, 535 beds, 3,436 nurses and associates, 600 volunteers, 195 residents and more than 1,200 physicians in over 45 specialties. The Warren campus is embarking on $48 million expansion and renovation and is expected to be done in the summer of 2019.

St. John Macomb-Oakland hospital is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Program Director/Residency Clinic Director to oversee the orthopedic residency cohort. The program consists of 10 residents, with two accepted per year. This is a full-time position with 10 hours/week dedicated to administrative oversight of the residency program and 30 hours/week for clinical care (includes surgery and supervision of residency clinic)

Qualifications
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, MD or DO
4+ years of clinical practice
2+ years as an Associate Program Director or 3+ years as an Active Faculty Member of the ACGME Accredited Residency
