Overview

Foot/Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in Northeast, Maryland:

Exciting opportunity for a BE/BC foot/ankle orthopedic surgeon. Well respected, hospital employed practice currently comprised of 3 orthopedic surgeons, 1 non-operative sportsmedicine physician, and 2 physician assistants. Fellowship training and willingness to participate in general orthopedic surgery call (at least during initial term; not to exceed 1 in 6) required.

Setting is the best of both worlds a large regional community hospital that is a member of an esteemed academic medical system. Strategic plan includes the development of a freestanding orthopedic Center of Excellence (to include state of the art clinic space, imaging, rehab and retail DME). The community (Harford County, MD) offers many diverse family oriented amenities and easy access to larger metropolitan areas (Baltimore, Wilmington, and Philadelphia). Beaches are to the east and mountains to the west in just a few hours. Region has desirable climate with four seasons.
