Trinity Health Of New Englandthe regions largest nonprofit health systemseeks a highly experienced, fellowship-trained physician to be Director of Orthopedic Trauma.

As Director of Orthopedic Trauma, you will oversee the highly visible Orthopedic Trauma Program at Trinity Healtha five-hospital system in Connecticut and Massachusetts. You will lead, inspire and build a team of fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and specialists who share the same vision and values of patient care.

As a key member of our orthopedic service-line leadership team, you will exemplify professionalism as you work closely with staff, administration and board members. In this role, youll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the services provided by physicians. Youll also provide ongoing reviews of established policies and procedures, and youll be involved in quality-improvement initiatives with long-range planning.
