Program and Position Overview:
The Institute of Neurosciences at Renown Health is a Joint Commission accredited Primary Stroke Center and Level III accredited Epilepsy laboratory. In partnership with the University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine, we are looking forward to the development of a neurology residency program.

We are seeking a Neurology Physician Section Chief to join our current team of 9 providers and to build and grow our neurology clinical programs. The Neurology Section Chief is responsible for the advocacy and review of patient care excellence, team recruitment and retention, team schedule coordination and supervision, leading quality improvement initiatives, and medical group collaboration to ensure program and organizational strategic plan alignment.

Candidates must be willing to commit to and engage in our vision to make a genuine difference in the health and well-being of the people and communities we serve, and motivated by our academic affiliation. Additionally, candidates must be board certified with a strong clinical neurology background and leadership experience. Candidates with research and teaching portfolios are preferred.
