We have a great opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join the team on our Mobile Unit through the Mobile Medical and Dental Services Program. We partner with local school districts to provide well child exams, sports physicals, immunizations and full dental screening services. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, youd be responsible for providing well child exams and sports physicals and would be part of a care team that includes a Dentist, RN and an MA. Note: This is a Per Diem opportunity that follows a typical school calendar (August June).
