Centra Medical Group is seeking one full time Urgent Care physician for our new primary care practice in Danville, VA. Great opportunity for primary care physicians seeking the freedom of shift-work and no call.

Overview

Brand new practice in high-traffic location
Physician will work shifts - no call
One physician and one APP per shift
Open 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday
Real time radiology reads for x-rays (lab on site)

Attractive compensation package

$120/hour earning potential
$15k sign-on bonus
Up to $100k student loan reimbursement
$10k Relocation support
$5k CME expenses/year

Candidate profile

BC/BE required
MD or DO
FM or EM residency
New grads welcome

Clinical duties

Efficient assessment of all patients present
Treatment and evaluation of adult and pediatric patients with minor/appropriate medical conditions
Simple suturing, incisions and drainage
Initial simple fracture care
X-ray interpretation with radiology backup doing real time reads
