Prevea Health is seeking an oncology nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Prevea family in Eau Claire, Wis.

Join a growing medical oncology practice
Support our experienced medical oncologist in our new Eau Claire practice
Evaluate and manage cancer patients
Assist in clinic rounds, hospital rounding and discharges, along with new patient evaluations
Provide direct supervision for clinic chemotherapy
Assist in the management of chemo patients upon completion of competency evaluations
Conduct H & P's, patient assessments and survivorship follow up care
Experience in cancer care or OCN/AOCN preferred
Coordinate and document patient care through our electronic medical record system, Epic

Eau Claire, located in northwestern Wisconsin about 85 miles east of Minneapolis-St. Paul, was incorporated in 1872 and currently has a population of over 65,000. The community has a diverse and expanding economic base in manufacturing, information technologies, health care and retail trade. The city is home to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Chippewa Valley Technical College and Immanuel Lutheran College.
