PRIMARY CARE SPORTS MEDICINE North Eastern Pennsylvania

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) invites a Family Medicine Physician with fellowship training in Sports Medicine to become our first Primary Care Sports Medicine physician within an employed Orthopedic practice in Hazleton, Pa. This newly created position will join our practice with 2 Surgeons, 2 Physician Assistants and a Physiatrist. BC/BE from the American Board of Family Medicine with CAQ in Sports Medicine is required.

Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton, formerly Hazleton General Hospital, has 150 beds and is an accredited Bariatric Center of Excellence. LVHN recently opened a cancer center location in Hazleton and is committed to expanding services provided to this community.

LVHN has five full service campuses which combine for over 1,300 inpatient beds network wide with 160 practices and a medical staff of over 1,400 providers.
