Founded in 1955, Mary Bridge Childrens provides our regions most advanced care for children. Last year, we achieved a major service milestone -- a 99th percentile ranking in the Press Ganey patient perception survey. Our new CMO will play a key role in that future. If selected, youll lead nearly 200 physicians and advanced practice providers representing more than 30 pediatric sub-specialties. Reporting directly to our President/Market Leader, youll focus on achieving world-class quality and improved provider engagement. Youll be empowered to drive meaningful change and to help shape our role in the communities we serve. Youll also be a trusted mentor to physician leaders and a role model for our MultiCare values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Kindness and Collaboration. Your strengths will include both clinical excellence and business acumen.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Graduate of an accredited medical school with ability to obtain Washington State license
-Graduate of medical school with MD or DO with residency training in pediatrics
-Minimum 3 years clinical experience providing direct patient care
-Ability to obtain credentials to practice in MultiCare Health System facilities
-Prior experience as a Medical Director in a comparable hospital or health system (CMO experience strongly preferred)
-Masters degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Medical Management or related field highly preferred
