PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Essentia Health is expanding its Urgent Care service line. We are looking for folks who enjoy a fast paced, diverse scope in primary care - balanced with an emphasis on being patient centered. Current need is for physicians that are interested in 1 weekend per month.

-Seeking up to .3FTE
-Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8a-6pm. Possibility to pick up some additional shifts.
-Estimated Patients seen a day: for Half day shifts up to 15
Estimated Patients seen a day: for a Full day shifts up to 30
-Desired Skill Set: Ability to multitask and have strong critical thinking skills. Leadership skills/interest a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
-BC/BE Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
-Current BLS

-Northeastern Minnesota; 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
-Service area: 460,000
-Duluth population: 130,000
