The Heart Center at Presbyterian is a leader in cardiovascular care in New Mexico, offering a wide array of services dedicated to the prevention, detection and treatment of Cardiovascular Disease. The Heart Centers complement of highly skilled specialists includes clinical and interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, cardiothoracic surgeons and cardiac anesthesiologists.

The Heart Failure Clinic team is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team in Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will have four years of expertise in this area. Presbyterian is committed to providing excellent care to our cardiac patients and especially our Heart Failure patients. The focus of this position will be to work closely with a cardiologist and team to create a structured Heart Failure program for the system. The work is primarily clinic based but there is opportunity to work closely with HF patients being discharged from the hospital as well as provide community outreach/education as needed to grow the program.
