Ochsner Health System in New Orleansis seeking aBC/BE Urologist who specializes in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.

Opportunity Details:

Must be either Fellowship Trained or Board Certified in FPMRS.
Opportunities for teaching and clinical research.
Candidates with a urology background as this individual will share in general urology call
Both newly trained and practicing urologists are welcomed to apply
Salary offered will be commensurate with training and experience
The successful candidate will be joining another FPMRS practitioner with a mature practice. Our department works closely with Colorectal Surgery as well as a variety of OBGYN subspecialties, and has good support with physical therapy.

OCHSNERS DEPARTMENT OF UROLOGY

Our Department of Urology currently includes 25 urologists system wide. Last year over 370 robotic procedures were performed in the department, and we are experiencing rapid growth this year. Ochsner Main Campus has three robots in the OR in addition to a robot in the training lab. A 10,000 square foot Pelvic Floor Center is being built at the Womens Pavilion, located at Ochsner Baptist.
