NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional leader to serve as the Division Head for the Division of Infectious Diseases. The successful candidate will be highly regarded in his/her discipline with a collaborative leadership style, have a minimum of 10 years clinical experience and hold subspecialty certification in Infectious Diseases. Teaching experience within an academic setting is preferred. Option to also be head of Infection Control for NorthShore University HealthSystem.

As Division Head, you will be proposed for a clinical appointment at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and will play an integral role in teaching and maximizing the academic potential of the specialists within the division. This is a unique opportunity to lead a large and stable group of physicians with a strong reputation for providing excellent clinical care and to leverage industry-leading EMR, data analytics, and state-of-the-art microbiology and molecular diagnostics to further develop a growing clinical and clinical research program.
