Part-Time Outpatient Preceptor
York Hospitals OB/GYN Residency Program

York Hospitals OB/GYN Residency Program is seeking a part-time faculty member to join our staff as an outpatient preceptor. We are a 16-resident, community hospital residency and consistently fill all available residency spots. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of clinical and teaching experience. Diplomates of the American Board of Obstetrics/Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics/Gynecology will be considered.

About the Position:
Reports to VP of Womens Health, Chairman OB/GYN and Residency Program Director
Regular work schedule consists of 36 hours per two-week pay period
Vacation coverage for the two full-time preceptors is also needed
Successful candidate will supervise/teach residents and medical students in the ambulatory setting
Preceptor will see patients with the residents
In addition, theyll assist residents in performing procedures such as ultrasound, endometrial biopsy and LARC insertion
Preceptor will help evaluate resident performance
Act as a consultant for Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff
