Mercy Clinic is seeking a Physician with a strong interest/experience in Post Acute Medicine to join our team. Applying Physicians may be fellowship trained, Board Certified Geriatrician and/or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Position will lead and provide care in a variety of settings at long-term care, and assisted living and acute rehab facilities in the St. Louis community.

Responsibilities Include: Managing complex medical conditions; coordinating all aspects of care for their patient and developing strong relationships with residents and their families. Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills & have a solid understanding of nursing home regulations.
