Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, affiliated with Palo Alto Medical Foundation, is seeking a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician. This is a 0.5 FTE position with a potential of a 1.0 FTE which can be a split between Palo Alto and Sunnyvale clinics.

This position will join our Medical Group practicing in Palo Alto, CA. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary culture ensures you have the support you need to deliver exceptional personalized care to your patients. This position will provide an ideal opportunity for a physician who would like to advance their practice within the community they will serve. The Palliative Care program is team-based and sees patients and their families in the outpatient clinic, home, and skilled nursing facility. The Palliative Care service provides an extra layer of support for patients and families facing serious illness.
