Jordan Search Consultants has been retained to assist a long-established and well-regarded Northern California Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in their search for an Associate Medical Director for Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.

Our client is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Medical Director to provide legendary care through their hospice service and in two distinct palliative care programs: a hospital-based inpatient consult service with a full interdisciplinary team; and a community-based home palliative care service targeting disease-specific patient populations with serious chronic illness, in the last 12 months of life. Completion of a Palliative Care Fellowship or strong Hospice and Palliative Care experience is desired.
