Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, affiliated with Palo Alto Medical Foundation, is seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained geriatrician (IM or FP) to join our growing Geriatric and Palliative Medicine Department in Mountain View, California.

Our newer colleagues will work alongside us to provide post-acute and long term patient care in skilled nursing facilities and provide sub-specialty geriatrics care with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
Our group is passionate about supporting patients throughout the continuum of care. In addition, we are all very involved in quality improvement and research projects that have both local and national impact. There are opportunities for program development as well.
We are committed to mentoring and supporting each other to ensure a fulfilling and enduring career at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
Applicants should have a current California Medical License, DEA Certificate and eligibility to participate in Medical/Medicare. BC/BE in palliative care is a plus.
