West Virginia University School of Medicine Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry is recruiting a psychiatrist to assume a faculty position at Chestnut Ridge Center in Morgantown, WV. Responsibilities for this non tenure, assistant professor clinical emphasis track position include various opportunities for outpatient care of both young adults as well general outpatient psychiatric patients. Additional responsibilities include teaching and supervision of medical students and psychiatry residents, service across both the Main and Health Science Campuses at WVU, and scholarship with opportunities for research.

Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Candidates must be board certified / eligible in psychiatry. Responsibilities include providing excellent patient care in addition to teaching of medical students and psychiatry residents. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials.
