$5,000 Sign on Bonus



Job Summary: This position provides primary patient care and women's health care from infants to older adults. Prescribes and administers medications, provides advice regarding their personal health and wellness, and may perform minor procedures, as trained. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. Sees 18-20 patients per clinical day. Works in a patient-centered, collaborative and team-oriented work environment.



The position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patients family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.



Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for ARNPs.



Experience: 5 years experience in family practice and women's health care in an outpatient setting preferred.



License/Certification/DEA required:



Current Washington state license.

Current Washington State DEA.

Current Board certification.

AHA - BLS certification.
