The Clark County Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Owen, WI has an opportunity for a Primary Care Provider for Veterans. Additional specialization in chronic disease management for diabetes, cardiovascular, geriatrics is preferred. The primary clinic care hours of operation at Wisconsin Rapids are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

- BC / BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- US Citizen (non US citizens may be considered if no qualified US citizens apply)
- Full unrestricted license to practice in any State

Clark County Community Based Outpatient Clinic

- Primary care services for veterans in the Tomah Service area.
- Behavioral Health services including individual, group and family counseling, and programs such as QuitSmart Smoking Cessation.
- Handicapped Accessible: full and easy access for all veterans.
- Personal Care: Highly qualified primary care providers, specialty care referrals to the Tomah VA Medical Center.
- Laboratory: Blood drawing services available.
- Prescriptions: Routine prescriptions processed through the mail
