OCHSNER HEALTH SYSTEM IN BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA is seeking a BC/BE ANESTHESIOLOGIST or PM&R PHYSICIAN, FELLOWSHIP TRAINED IN INTERVENTIONAL PAIN MANAGEMENT to join its Interventional Pain Medicine program. Preferred candidates will have a strong interest in chronic pain management. The successful applicant will be comfortable developing relationships in an expanding referral network and committed to using comprehensive electronic medical records.

Our community pain program is a component of the Department of Anesthesiology, with a fully accredited residency and multiple fellowship programs. Ochsners pain medicine program comprises of over 11 interventional pain specialists, physiatrists and a psychiatrist. The health system department of anesthesiology includes over 60 anesthesiologists, 70 CRNAs, and 30 house staff, with an annual case volume of more than 35,000.
