ARNP Family Practice Smokey Point office - $5,000 Sign on bonus

Full-time position with variable hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday Friday and Saturdays every 5 weeks from 8 am to 1 pm.

Job Summary: Provides primary patient care for patients from infants to older adults. Prescribes and administers medications, provides advice regarding their personal health and wellness, and may perform minor procedures, as required. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. Sees from 15 24 patients per clinical day.

The position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patients family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience: Three or more years experience in family medicine is preferred. Will also consider new graduates with nursing background preferred.

License/Certification/DEA required:

Current Washington state license
Current Washington State DEA.
Current Board certification.
AHA - BLS certification.
