We would like to introduce you to an opportunity to practice Palliative Care at UPMC Hamot in Northwestern Pennsylvania. We are looking for an individual who is BC/BE to join and enhance a well-established, hospital-based, consultative practice with the support of a CRNP and Social Worker, as well as Clergy and Pharmacy Staff. Our focus is on improving the quality of life of patients and their families facing problems associated with life-threatening illness through assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psychosocial and spiritual.



UPMC Hamot, located in Erie, PA, is a 433-bed non-profit tertiary care hospital. We are afully accredited Level II Trauma Center and the only trauma center within 100 miles.
