Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway (BHMC-C), in conjunction with Central Arkansas Laborists (CAL), is seeking two BC/BE OB/GYN physicians to build a new practice.

BHMC-C will be the ninth hospital in the Baptist Health system and is opening in September 2016. It is a 264,000 square foot facility that will feature 111 beds, 12 of those being L&D. CAL is a group of ten OBs who practice in two well established, private clinics in Little Rock. They have come together to form this OB/GYN practice in the Conway area.

The clinic schedule will be four and one-half (4 ) days per week and the hospital call schedule will be one (1) night per four (4) days a week and one (1) weekend per month. The relationship with CAL will provide administrative and leadership support to the practice. The compensation will be a guaranteed salary and there is partnership opportunity at two years.

Conway, known as the City of Colleges, is home to three colleges. With a population around 60,000, Conway is one of the fastest growing cities in the state but still retains its small town charm and community spirit. The sports parks include a skate park, a soccer complex, and baseball and softball complexes. On the retail side the city offers trendy boutiques, antique stores, and large national retailers.
