Were Hallmark Health System looking for an adult inpatient psychiatrist to join a busy community practice less than 10 miles north of Boston. About the job:

Full-time position available in our 22-bed general adult inpatient psychiatry unit at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, a full service community hospital 8 miles north of Boston. On-call coverage is optional. The adult inpatient unit is part of Hallmark Healths comprehensive behavioral health services that includes an adult unit at Melrose Wakefield Hospital, ECT and Community Counseling services in Malden and Medford.

Located at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, the adult inpatient unit specializes in the evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders and co-occurring substance abuse. The program offers short-term intensive treatment in a secure and therapeutic environment. The team includes the patient, psychiatrist, nurse, social worker and counselors who work collaboratively in developing a comprehensive treatment plan.
