Centra Medical Group is seeking a Medical Director, Trauma / Critical Care Program at our Level II Trauma Center, located in Lynchburg, Virginia. The Director will provide oversight of the Trauma program including management of the Emergency Trauma Surgery Services and Surgical Critical Care Services.

Job Requirements
5+ years trauma center experience preferred
Board certification in General Surgery and Trauma / Critical Care required

Centra has received the Joint Commission Disease Specific Certification for AMI and CHF, Chest Pain Accreditation by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care, and was the first Mission Lifeline Accreditated hospital in the state of VA, due to the partnership between STEMI care, EMS, Emergency Department, and our Cath Lab.
