St Lukes University Health Network, located in the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician to join a growing, dynamic department with a Geriatric Fellowship Program. Our team includes 5 Board Certified Geriatricians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and a Social Worker who specialize in Senior Care services.

Primary services:
Inpatient consultation
Post-Acute services LTC, CCRC, PC
Opportunity to be part of the Fellowship Training Program
Collaboration with Cardiology, Trauma, Orthopedics , to name a few
Interdisciplinary work with Nursing, Pharmacy, Rehab, Social Work
Skilled nursing facility Medical directorship opportunity
Call is telephone only and shared with other geriatricians

SLUHN has many senior care initiatives for the network including, NICHE, virtual ACE, Senior Surgery Program, Adult Medical Daycare, Home Health, Older Adult Behavioral Health Unit, and outpatient services for cognitive and complex physical health assessment.

We are expanding greatly and with expansion come the need for more qualified physicians. We have already starting building our 7th hospital which will be located in Bartonsville and we just received Truven Health Analytics award for being one of the 100 Top Hospitals (the only one to be named in PA) so this is an exciting time for St. Lukes University Health Network.
