Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Continuity of care- See patients in the hospital, clinic and skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Balanced life- Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm
Manageable patient load- see on average 15 patients per day
Ability to grow with the company into leadership positions
