McDowell Hospital, part of Mission Health and located in Marion North Carolina, is seeking one IM BC/BE Hospitalist to join an existing team of hospitalists covering medical services for its 65 bed hospital.

The position is currently for day shift 7a-7p rotating on a 5 to 7 day ON/5 to 7 day OFF rotating schedule alternating with another hospitalist. An advanced practitioner shares the work of admitting/rounding/discharging on an average of 18 patients per day.

Nighttime is covered by nocturnist.
